Our most exciting and ambitious project ever! Howard Alan Events is excited to introduce The Downtown Kansas City Art Fair at the new Power & Light District. This covers 9 city blocks of retail, entertainment, and residential district located in the heart of Downtown Kansas City. The district is the cornerstone of a massive 2 billion dollar urban renaissance which includes major new attractions, such as a performing arts venue, arena, convention center and 10,000 high end urban lofts. The district is the largest and most exciting new development in the mid west.
