  • Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • All tents MUST be white.
  • Artists must use appropriate professional display systems like pro panels or heavy mesh walls. Drapes, grid walls, and temporary mesh walls will not be permitted. Your setup should be both professional and robust, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Draped tables are prohibited at our art festivals (but they can be used at our craft festivals). You may use a small, finished designer-style table made of wood, glass, or metal, such as a sofa or accent table. Pro Panel-style desks, pedestals, or proper display pedestals are permitted.
  • Handwritten signs, sale signs and award ribbons from other events are strictly prohibited.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for making their tents sturdy against wind, rain, etc. (40lb weights per tent leg is required).  The best canopies for these conditions are Flourish, Showoff, Light Dome and the heavy EZ UPs. Tents MUST be manufactured with a certificate of flame-retardant materials.
  • Your company name or artist name should look attractive - not too bold or obstructive. Staking into the ground is not permitted. Do not have any metal exposed on your panels. Carpet for the floor, an attractive fabric (as accent) and a plant or two are nice touches!

Your ultimate goal is to create a 10 x 10 outdoor gallery. Your display will not only add value to your product, but it will also be what brings the customer in to your booth. Make it different; make it classy; make it match your personality as an artist. They are not just buying your work, they are buying a piece of you.

2D Display Requirements:

For painters, photographers, mixed media artists, etc.
All framing and matting should be in the same scheme. Take cardboard corners off of artwork during the show. Must have at least 75% of originals hanging on the walls, nicely matted and framed. Giclees must be professionally labeled as such. NO plastic bins, Target or Walmart browse bins for your prints. Have browse boxes that either match your panels or are in the same fabric and color schemes. Try to have them free standing; putting them on tables loses the value of your prints. You must have panels (walls) in your booth and they must be covered with fabric or carpeting.

3D Display Requirements:
For Pottery, Ceramic, Raku, Glass, Wood, etc.
Different levels are the best to display pottery, ceramic, raku, glass, and wood. Make sure pedestals are painted an appealing color that enhances your work. If pedestals do not work for you, attractive shelving is another option. You must have panels (walls) in your booth and they must be covered with fabric or carpeting.

Jewelry Display Requirements:
Wood or mica units, with or without glass, with either coral, stones, or whatever ideas you can come up with to enhance your jewelry are the most attractive.
